If customer request for canceling the order, it can do it from the online shop system directly or email / chat to us.
If there is any refund need to process:
For the Paypal option, we would deduct 2% of the handling which is originally charged from Paypal to us.
For the Bank TT refund option, the USD30.00 will be charged which is original changed from the local bank to us.
For the Western union option, the USD30.00 will be charged or 5% of the transaction amount, which is originally charged from western union to us.
